Our range of maintenance plans are designed to cover a wide range of business needs, they give you peace of mind, but can also help you budget plan for any unforeseen breakdowns.
All of our Support Services are tailored to meet the needs of our customers and you can always talk to an engineer direct rather than having to wait in endless queues. This saves you valuable down time on those little problems that can usually be fixed over the phone and because all hardware and software faults are covered by our Silver maintenance plans you may never have to buy a machine again.i.e. when the machine fails it simply gets repaired / upgraded or replaced at no additional cost.
If you have over 10 machines on Cover we will even provide you with a free Pulse8 Broadband** connection.

This Maintenance Plan covers all Hardware and Software faults on the customer's machine, it includes call-out charges, labour and parts, the maximum call out time is set to 6 Hours unless a service engineer is in the area and can arrive earlier. This normally means same day service.
Silver Cover with Virus Protection Call Out and Remote Assist Cover (Min 5 Machines)

This Maintenance Plan covers any software fault on a customer's machine which can be fixed online, it also gives you a guaranteed call-out response time of 8 hours. This means that if the fault cannot be fixed online a service engineer will arrive the next day unless an engineer is in the area and can arrive earlier. Once on-site you will then be charged for any additional parts and labour.

This Maintenance Plan covers any software fault on a customer's machine that can be fixed online. If the fault cannot be fixed online we will arrange for an engineer to visit. Once on-site you will be charged the standard call-out rate of £50 plus any parts and labour at £50 per hour.
