Our standard call out charge is £50 per visit unless a job is on-going. However listed below are our range of maintenance plans designed to cover a wide range of business needs, they give you peace of mind, but can also help you budget plan for any unforeseen breakdowns.
All of our Technical Support Services are tailored to each on-site support contract and customers can talk to an engineer direct, thus saving valuable down time on those little problems that can usually be fixed over the phone.

Silver Cover
Complete Cover - Call Out - Labour - Parts - Remote Assist |
This Maintenance Plan covers all Hardware and Software faults on the customer's machine, it includes call-out charges, labour and parts, the call out time is set to 6 Hours which guarantees that a service engineer will arrive the next day unless a service engineer is in the area and can arrive earlier.

Standard Remote Assist
Cover
Call Out and Remote Assist Cover
This Maintenance Plan covers any software fault on a customer's machine that can be fixed online, and gives you a guaranteed call-out response time of 8 hours which means that if the fault cannot be fixed online a service engineer will arrive the next day unless one is in the area and can arrive earlier. Once on-site you will then be charged for any additional parts and labour.

Once on-site you will be charged the standard call-out rate of £50 plus any parts and labour at £50 per hour.

Platinum 24hr Cover
Complete 24 / 7 Cover - Call Out - Labour - Parts - Remote Assist
This Maintenance Plan is the same as the Same Day Cover service but is available 24hrs per day 7 days a week and guarantees a call out at any time during the day or night if the client's offices are accessible.
Minimum of 5 machines
£125 per month per standard computer

Service Times
Servicing is available from 9am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday on all maintenance contracts except for Platinum 24hr cover with the exclusion of bank or public holidays.
Laptop and Server rates vary.
Charges
Our standard hourly rate is £50 + VAT per hour plus a one off call out charge of £50 +VAT.This now includes the first 15 minutes labour..

TERMS -
Our maintenance plans well they are very simple, you pay us to look after your machines and we do, in other words there are no hidden clauses or small print saying that we only fix certain types of problems, we fix them all for a fixed monthly price. Some of the more obscure benefits are as follows:
Unlimited Free Telephone Technical Support
It is always in our best Interests to keep you going, that way you stay happy and tell other people about us.
No Call Out Charges
Unless you decide to take up the Basic Remote Assist Cover (which does not include call out charges) you will never pay a call out fee whilst on a maintenance plan, this includes visits from “silly faults” to say giving advise on upgrading your systems.
Free Servicing
When you take up a maintenance plan with us, all of your machines are serviced F.O.C. this helps us fix any on-going problems you may have and ensures that you have the latest software updates loaded onto your machine.
Free I.T. Advice
As each machine is entered onto our database we build up a picture of what you have and what you could do to improve it, and as the advice is free you can do what you like with it, i.e. some companies that we deal with are tied in to buying from a central source but still use our know how to get the right equipment.
