Maintenance Plans

For new or non-maintenance customers we normally charge a call out fee of £50 + V.A.T. + Parts and Labour (also £50 per hour + V.A.T.) However many of our clients prefer to choose one of our maintenance plans, which give you peace of mind by allowing you to budget for any unforeseen breakdowns and give a guaranteed response time.

Business Machines

Our computers are tailor made to use the latest Intel® Cpu's. All of our machines come with full on-site installation and 1 years Silver on-site maintenance covering all software and hardware faults, after which you can choose to extend your cover or use us on an ad-hoc basis.

We regularly install Blackberry Enterprise Services "BES" onto clients servers which allows Blackberry users to send and receive emails (and create / amend diary appointments) with your exchange server, this happens almost immediately and once we've connected the "BES" software to your companies Exchange Server it soon becomes a very reliable if not essential tool. We can also configure your Apple iPhone to send and receive emails (and create / amend diary appointments) with your exchange server, although not quite as quick this method does have the benefit of lower monthly service charges from 02 when compared to Blackberry. We know which manufacturers parts tend to go wrong due to servicing thousands of computers each year.
